This is a full Mint Sheet Pane of the "World of Dinosaurs" United States postage stamps issued on May 1, 1997. There are 15 stamps contained in the pane and each has a denomination of 32¢. There are perforations so they could be removed for use as postage. The Scott catalog numbers for the singles are denoted by letters following the catalog number for the full pane which is #3136. - It measures 10 3/8" by 7 7/8" - Lithographed
