I purchased this Tea Cart at a garage sale a few years ago and it has been bouncing around my house ever since. There are no maker markings on it whatsoever or at least that I have been able to find. I also have been searching the internet (how I found you) and can find nothing exactly like it. Being an artist and JOAT I have been getting into the whole Shabby Chic thing (hey im just trying to pay the bills) but am reluctant to paint this baby hot pink before finding out a little more about it. Any information would be appreciated.
