I have several sets of lamps similar to yours that belonged to my parents. Look inside the lamp shade for a stamp mark into the porcelain. Mine were made by Lefton ( In think that is the spelling) and there should also be markings on the bottom hand painted by the company. The decorative lace is real lace dipped into the porcelain. The lamps are all hand painted and gold trim.

We have a porcelain lamp shade as shown in your photo. We are a consignment store and someone had brought the shade in not knowing what it was.
