Railroad lock and wrench

Here is a Nickel Plate railroad signal padlock (brass ,at one time it has been painted silver) with key!
The 6 inch monkey wrench (pre-1930)is from the Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway.
Both RR's ran through this area of Indiana.

I have a friend that sells me a few good pieces out of his collection,when he is good and ready!He brought me these yesterday.
