I found this object on the ground in the back yard. It looked like a pair of tweezers/pliers stuck inside of some sort of holder. I did not pull them out because I did not want damage it. Please help me with identifying what this is.
I can confirm your findings. It is an item. When I 1st saw this, a memory struck me. That doesn't happen all that often these days, so stick with me. In days of old, when it was horses instead of HP, people carried horse anchors to throw on the ground & tie the reigns to so their horse couldn't wonder. Maybe ( a favourite word of mine) it was once filled with lead for that purpose.
