Has anyone seen this painting before by David Pelbam? I have searched the web for weeks and seen thousands of his oil paintings but never one like this. Many out there that are similar but I'm just wondering if anyone knows anything about this particular one. It was handed down to me by my grandfather who has passed away and just looking for some history. He was also a big stein collector. I thank you in advance for any help.
