I showed this to a couple of people that sell Fenton bells for a living and they cannot identify them with their books. The bell says "West Virginia Centennial 1864 1964" and is in excellent condition(the flash makes it appear as if it has chips). I picked this up at the local goodwill for 50 cents and I hope you guys can give me more information on it.
