Found this at a yard sale 2 days ago and got it for 50 cents
I saw one similar to mine except the wood part is different sell for 130 dollars on ebay.
It would be great if someone could tell me a little bit more about this grinder
There are a lot of this type that are reproductions or made pretty much for decorative purposes, although some are functional. It appears to be missing the base as well as the catch drawer. Are those phillips-head screws hold the top to the base? If so, that kinda dates it and it's not very old. If there's any pressed wood used, that also will date it.
