One of the guides to what's appropriate in Q&A is:
"Don’t try to buy, sell, or advertise items or services."

      Hi Gillian,

Interesting that you would deduce my "intentions", when nowhere in my post did I suggest I was interested in buying or selling.

      Cheers!

In your profile you name yourself as a collector of old liquor. Also in one of your posts you say please e-mail me as I would like discuss the provenance of this bottle further (sic).
Why not discuss the provenance here on the S&T pages, maybe we can all learn something.
Your posts only say things like nice bottle(s).
So, if I have misjudged you I apologise most profusely.

      Hi Gillian,

      No offense taken.

I'm mostly interested in learning a bit more about particulars of bottles I see online so as to be better informed when hunting for them in the "wild" (e.g. tax stamps, age statements). Honestly, shopping for bottles online takes away half the fun and can be a true hassle, especially when exchanging funds. Since it doesn't seem users can reply with pictures, it just seems easier to email pics back and forth.

Apologies if this is out of line.

      Cheers!
      Cesar
