I picked this up and know absolutely nothing about it. It is a commemorative Apollo 8 token or coin. Any information would be appreciated.

Jono - the only thing I know about this is there were a couple different types by different makers for all the space missions. Some were made of pewter and some were made of silver. I don't know which yours is.
I wish it was silver but it's pewter.
