Fratelli Beccaro wine

Okay, you guys know about auctions, basically you never know what you're getting. Anyway found this gem in one of my boxes wrapped in newspaper. Bottle is still sealed, about 10 inches tall, 5 inches diameter. I don't know if its red or white wine and cannot find any info on it. Looking at the bottle to the left of the label it says...Bottled by, Fratelli Beccaro, Acqui Terme, Product of Italy...In the middle ...Beccaro,Vino Santo, A light wine...to the right Italian, velvet wine, alchohol 14% by vol....on the back there is a gold seal that says, Imported by Beccaro Internat Inc.,Burlingame...Import Permit Calf -1-1205 with a star punched out.
The bottle is actually a beautiful blue...So what say you
