I thought maybe at first this was a collectable Smirnoff bottle from the Prohibition era, however I can not match the crest with Smirnoff crests I've seen. The bottle has a black screw cap and is 11.5 inches tall. The base is 2 inches wide and 3 inches long. The flair of the bottle in the middle is 3.75 inches long by 2.25 inches wide.
It looks very much like a dish soap bottle
But since it has Prohibition phrases on it, it was definitely a alcohol bottle.
It appears to have a glasscow mark on the base.
The bottom reads
D-334 (sideways 3 ) then 19 [G] 54
