Heavy bronze mallard duck lamp base with slag glass shade.
Base measures 10 1/2" wide by 6" deep. The height of the lamp is 17" tall. There is a swivel joint where the shade joins the stem of the lamp and where the base and stem meet it is also movable to turn into a different direction.
The bronze duck is bolted to the base and one of the bolts has the initals BJ on the top of it as seen from the underside of the last photo showing the bottom of the base.
The glass shade measures approximately 4.5 to 5" and is held on by three screws.
The plug looks to be that of a vintage lamp and has a switch that turns the lamp on and off.
I am looking to identify the era of the lamp as well as a maker if possible, any help is greatly appreciated.
