she is 12 inches tall with a number 2 on the back the only marking ...blondeish red hair with push button in belly not sure what this is for

She is Tressy by American Character , The button when pushed made a spot on top of her head have hair grow . You should see a bunch of hair on top it pulled out to be long hair . Dates from 1960's .
