I got this from my Aunt who got it from a friend of hers estate. I know it is a Limoges France mark 3 between 1891-1914. Wish I could find more information on this pattern.

Hi and perhaps I can help. It was common practice back around the turn of the century (20th) for women in the USA to hand decorate china "blanks" or white wares. What you have is a hand painted ware that was produced in the Limoge region of France and painted elsewhere. There were many decorating studios at the time, but those items were identified by a second mark on the bottom of the wares. So, you have a one-of-a-kind cup and saucer, but unfortunately not of much monetary value in today's market.
