Rare Bicycle N.K Works White Indian North Korea ? Hong Kong

Found this Bike last week, and can not find any information on it it's made by N.K. Works the Model is a White Indian ( the front logo is spelled wrong White Indean ) the leather seat reads Special on the back with Indian on each side, even the bell is stamped N.K. works, the tires read The Konan High Class Cord Tire.
This bike has a basket made of tin scrap on front with home made lights made of flashlights chopped in half, on the front, the back also has the same kind of lights
Picked this from a house where the were other Military Korean War stuff, was told the fellow was in Korea, could be he brought this bike back to the U.S. buy not sure?
Has anyone seen a bike like this before?
