1001 bead glass hanging light fixture

This enormous light fixture weighs easily 25 kg. It consists of at least 1000 glass "flowers", with all different colors and it's all wired together into this extraordenary artwork. There are very artistically moddeled ceilin plate and the bottom - that ends in a point -is also made of metal, copperish, as well as the copper leaves on the top fixture. This would have been hanging in an entrance hall of a middle eastern restaurant or Venice fine dining or in an elegant home. I certainly have no idea where is could come from...
