A novelty doll. Her head looks like composition and limbs are plastic . These little dolls I believe tried to copy the "Story Book Nancy Ann Dolls" But the quality was poor as well as clothes. Dates from around 50's and has no real value .Common to find and I call them tourist dolls or dime store dolls . She most likey came in a box with her showing through cellophane and had a company name on box and maybe her name . She is made in USA doll
