I bought this ring together with a bunch of other silver jewelry this summer at a yard sale. Its a simple yet classical art deco piece.
The one thing thats unclear to me is a mark it has: it says something like GOLDCHAM or GOLDCHAR or GOLDCHARM or something like that. The other mark says 800 and so its silver. It looks like silver, it tests as silver, so does anyone have an idea what GOLDCHAM or GOLDCHAR could mean? Maybe it had a vermeil finish at some point in time?
Thank you so much!
Hiya! Could that be a red agate? Color seems too fiery for carnelian. Maybe just the pictures
stunning:)!
Moonstonelover, thank you for loving my ring.
Thank you Sean68 and AmberRose for your comments. It could be red agate, thanks for your advice. I just assumed its carnelian because of its orange color.
