British Monarchs of the Century 1837-1937 set of (8) 5.25" spoons

I have recently acquired this British Monarchs of the Century set of 8 spoons which are 5.25" long. I was able to find some info about birks sterling but I can't seem find much info about this specific set. I am wondering how many of these sets where produced, by whom and I would be interested to know an approximate value. Any info about this set would be much appreciated.
