Item has "Lietermann Saginaw" on it. No writing on the white description part of the bottle. "Ger Silver" is on the silver screw tops. I believe that these are four glass pill bottles. Would love any insight on them at all and possibly a value. Thank You.
German silver is also called nickel silver and is a combination of copper, nickel and zinc. It's more gray in color than traditional silver and is much harder. It contains no silver. These bottles were also found as part of a Gentleman's travelling kit in the early 1900's that also contained a tooth brush, clothes brush, comb etc.. These kits are usually hard to sell and value is not too high! RER(BOB)
Is their anyone else out there that can solidify the comment that was previously left. And possibly a value.
Anyone have an idea of the value of this item?
