    Hello This painting was framed in Baltimore. J.A. Jefferys was from Philadelphia. I saw where a snow scene from Philadelphia sold for $3,900! I do not know if this is him, but not too many Jefferys artist from USA at this time! any help appreciated. Last photo is his signature 1939, I believe my painting is much older than that. he was born 1889! Thanks for looking! Don
