Hi LosFabulous! This is to show-off your vases "Brother" and to show that she is not alone in the world...lol! I also would like to know who made it. This one measures 7 1/4" tall with a 6 1/2" diameter....the base and Art Deco style is the same. RER(BOB)

Mine's no longer an orphan! Thank you for posting this. Yes, I agree the style looks English to me too, and I once found a sugar/creamer that was similar in some details, but not necessarily a match for certain. It was on UK ebay, but the ultimate cost to buy and ship it just to see if they might be the same pattern/color was not worth it (plus the seller didn't know the pattern and they were chipped). Here is the set:

My Bohemian suggestion comes mostly from the fact that the blue on mine looks like a vase that was Czechoslovakian and matched it exactly in color and depth. Plus the notched foot which is uncommon and I wish I could find on some other pieces English (or otherwise) but seems more Boho to me. But it's all a wild guess, another glass friend was convinced it looked a German vase (I don't think it does, it's too flirty to my eye).
