RCA V-302

Hi there!

My name is Stephanie, I am a recent college grad specializing in art and music history. To my surprise I stumbled upon this RCA v-302 while a man was disposing of his elderly mother's belongings. As a bit of a history nerd and antique collector, I fell in love. The problem is that I know nothing about radio history specifically and don't really know what I now posses. I am aware of basic facts about the piece. I know it is Pre-war, I know that no manuals are made for it. I would like to gather knowledge about how much it is worth, maybe how many were produced, estimated cost of fixing it up. Unfortunately it is not in working condition. It needs a good refurbishing. I am new to the greater NYC area and would love some connects that could assist me. It is definitely something that I would like to keep and fix. I just want to know more about it. I'm reaching out to associations and antique buffs for help. If you know anything about this piece I would appreciate some new knowledge.
