Both Kralik, Welz and others were using similar techniques, glass supplies, equipment and maybe even workers to make cased glass pieces. Whats more, they probably had similar economic conditions that restricted what they could do on each piece.
In this post I wanted to show how similar designs and techniques are between Welz and Kralik. I know most of the time I'm studying what makes them different but sometimes its better to look at similarities in order to see the differences.
So if you are game.... and for the shear joy of fair debate here are a few samples to decide who made what...

welzy, i changed the posting- you can see a reference to your work at the bottom. the decor is slightly different if you analyze the base and the pulls but to the quick glance they appear very similar to me. now its a-Welz (a known shape and decor) and b- Kralik a known decor and shape...see 2b for the same exact shape
