My partner and I brought this picture from an open shop a few years ago. we have tried to findnout more about it but can't. can't anyone help

Its an image from an April 1923 periodical advertisement. Can't tell due to poor quality of your download, whether it's a 70's reprint or the actual '23 ad framed. If you remove it from the frame, you should be able to determine.
