First of all, I apologize for how dark these photos are...I hope folk can see them! I should have put the clothing on a dark surface as they are all light colored. L-R 1)Old hand embroidered cotton bib, blue baby booties, one pair of silk stocking/socks, one pair of wool socks, crocheted hat & socks. 2) close up of booties. So cute! 3)Ok, this one has the mystery objects in it. At the top is a folded wool blanket, then comes two wool somethings. Maybe leg or arm warmers? Not sure...never seen anything like them. Far left has a single wool leg warmer (I think) and bottom are an unmatched mitten and bootie. 4) There were half a dozen at least of these odd little shirts. They are wool and have a slit in the side so you could tie them around the baby's tummy (this is all guesswork!). Again, we just don't have anything like this for baby clothes nowadays...at least that I've seen (and I have 3 small kiddos!). :o) Please comment if you have any additional info, stories etc on these items!
