I do not know anything about this piece.
It is about 40cm high and is basically round.
There are no marks it is hollow not solid.
The figures on top are finely painted with gold edges but the base is fairly roughly painted on the bottom edge, you can see brush strokes. It is white underneath, dull not shiny.
I guess it is oriental but really have no idea
Welcome to CW , Your figurine appears to be of good quality but photo is not clear ,could you show more angles and bottom. Does base have a lacquer finish ? The photo is sideways also hard to see :-)
Hi Manikin, the base is chin, same as the rest. It is a finish like a teacup, vase, other china items if that makes sense.
