Wondering meaning of words,age,origin. The way these were hand made,the tarnish,weld marks...They look like an important antique and I don't read Arabic. APPROX 4 INCHES ACROSS 1 INCH CUPS. These just don't look like the typical made in India brass that you always see.

Egyptians speak Arabic also.
I read Persian which shares the same alphabet, but not Arabic, unless is very obvious words... Unfortunately I can't figure out what this says... Typically, though, most of these scripts are from the holy book.
When I was in Saudi Arabia, there was tons of this stuff in the markets. They weren't antiques, just had the typical brass tarnishing from age, etc.
