This Tomato shaker is very similar to a Mt Washington Tomato shaker in shape only. Mt Washington, as far as we know, never produced this Tomato in this kind of glass. These pieces are rarly found and found in three colors, Pink, Blue, and this Orange color in cased glass.

There is not too much known about them as far as who made them, when, and where. Lechner does talk about them in his Book III but does not lend too much about them except personal thought.
When found if you can find one, one must buy knowing that most likely not Victorian. However they are rare and very unique!
