1890-1920 - "Hyde's H and H Soap"

This is still-sealed "H and H Cleaner Company" bar soap made by Hyde Carpet Cleaner and Moth Exterminator Company, Des Moines, Iowa.
- For cleaning carpets, rugs, upholstery, silks, and woolen goods, and for all domestic purposes. Made since 1889 in cake form, this carton contains one cake of H and H. - The soap is still sealed in its original wax-paper wrapping and the instruction sheet is included in the box. - I could only find references to the company from 1889-1921 and a Canadian patent was granted in 1900.
