not as a expert but as a collector, my eyes say no way. there wold be a stamp, joiners compass etc. that would tell the story. you would be looking for copppper, wood wicker or mica shades etc. again, my eyes say no
yes it is copper brass shade cloth cord The lamp pivits bakealite switch on bottom.Very heavy and unique

This is very reminiscent of an alien craft that visited upon my sand mound approximately one month ago ...have you checked for any activity inside, i.e. muffled incoherent sounds, electronic beeping noises, etc. ...these were the observations I had when it was here in my back yard. When I attempted to get closer to this object it just whisked away pretty darn fast!

Toyman, Stickley is a noted Craftsman era designer. This lamp has a distinct Art Deco design. I would check out art deco lamps. There are many noted art deco designers. Look for any marks or labels.
