This bowl is made by Hobbs Brockunier circa 1886. I currently have examples in ruby with lemon yellow edge, pink richelieu with lemon yellow edge, and yellow lemon with ruby edge.
I also have a finger bowl underplate in lemon yellow with ruby edge and a #206 finger bowl in ruby with lemon yellow edge.
Each of the 5 examples all have a portion that is vaseline glass.

I just purchased the frosted cranberry bowl as a replacement to the transparent cranberry bowl you show that had been cracked in storage. I was so mad and upset over that beautiful piece, but was glad to find the frosted one. I love the vaseline and cranberry one you show too; it's gorgeous and I'm on the hunt for one now. I have a nice collection of vaseline, but not that one.
