Hello, Do not know if this is French, but small piece of old paper fell out and only writing on it said Ce'z, Now why did I asume that is French! haha non magnetic really heavy little more than 6 lbs. and 12 1/4 inch tall. Need help! Maybe by Rodin? haha Boy am I a dreamer! Thanks for looking!!! Don I put art Deco and it is not did not know how to list this!

Thanks! Probably not important, beautiful leaves with carvings but hard to see and I guess you should never polish and ruin the patina! If I wasted my $10, I may just use it! haha
Can't see if it is enameled or painted... I don't feel it as french, I would just wash it gently, and use it as a vase!
For 10$ not so expensive!
