Can anyone tell me about what era this pocket thermometer is? There is no maker marks. The thermometer is no larger than the size of a penny, filled with water with floating bubble and has a small red marker to note temperature and attached to a doubled piece of leather no larger than a postage stamp. It looks like it could even be part of a watch fob?
