Crystal clear hand made in Czechoslovakia table lamp

This lamp stands 15" tall on a base of marble. The shade is made of crystal as is the two tiered body. Those tiers are separated by decorative brass dividers one of which holds eight tear drop crystals that dangle from the brass and circle the lamp. Under the crystal lampshade are two brass light sockets. There under the lampshade is also a sticker that reads Crystal Clear handmade in Czechoslovakia. The cord and plug are in excellent condition. I know this is an older lamp because it does not have the plug that I believe is called " polarized".
I have had this lamp for three years. My husband bought it at an auction. I do not know it's previous history, but would love to know more about it. It is very pretty and delicate looking but it is also very heavy. It is not a good reading light because it is very bright.
