I just bought a Wurlitzer Mandolin today in Lake Placid , Florida . It is 241/2 inches long . Dark wood . 8 strings (5 are missing ) . The label inside say Wurlitzer. It also says Cincinati Chicago . Help .

I think I have the same mandolin..... I just purchased it and have been looking for any info. It has a Beare and Son sticker inside and another that was in a ziplock bag inside the case. It has CRYSTAL and some German phrases. The only difference I can see from your photo is a slightly different design pattern on the trim.
Have you found out anything on yours???
