made by Sylvia Ullmann (born 1946?) and signed with her mark which has been in use from 1976 onwards.... i don't know anything about her beside the fact that she won an important german pottery price in 1978 ("Keramikpreis der Frechener Kulturstiftung").
one of my long time unidentified pieces solvved with the help of thomas schröder (thanks thomas)
