I have one similar that was given to me by my grandmother. I too know nothing except it has some beautiful carvings of gold and black. It is a swiss watch. I called a jeweler and they said they could get it running again.
i have been given a very old lucerne anti magnetic watch the fingers are slightly obscured by a revolving gold like wheel with a revolving inner wheel.
still in good working condition
i have inherited a very old lucerne anti magnetic watch still in good working order. it has a static wheel on the outside with an inner revolving inner wheel.
the fingers slightly obscured by these unique items--both wheels of gold substance.

I have one also though the face is smaller and it has decorations around it. I cant find much about it other than they are selling anywhere from $5 to $60.
My dad was vp of Sun Trust years ago, before it was sun trust it was called something else, i forget, and something before that , i believe they used to give these out to customers with an account, I also have one
I have one very similar to the above, except on the ornate side there is a raised 3D oval shaped womans picture surrounded by diamonds/crystals? and gold leaf pattern on each side. There is a chain tassle hanging from the bottom as well as a long thickish chain for the neck ( same as pictured above) It was my mother's and she may have gotten it from her mother. The face of the watch is exact as above with roman numerals..on an ornate background that says" "Lucerne" in script and below says" Swiss Made...Any information will be gladly appreciated. Thank You

Very nice watch; I have one that is similar, Mine is a Bucherer.
i have a penant just like the one in the picture, it too is a lucerne, swiss made. The only thing different is that mine is a silver tone, never tarnished, so maybe a different metal, mine was handed down from my grandmother. I too would like some more info on it.
Hello Kayla, in regards to your post about the watch pendant I described, I posted pictures of it a couple of weeks ago..Im sure if you search my name, the pics will come up. I believe it's under Costume Jewelry...I don't have any info other than what I posted here and on the page where the pictures are...It belonged to my mother who might have gotten it from her mother...I'm not sure. I acquired my mom's HUGE jewelry box filled with a lot of "vintage" pieces, everything from brooches (I also posted pics) necklaces, pendants, rings, earrings etc....I am also trying to find out about some of her other pieces,
Hello, i have been trying to find out more about mine which i inherited from my great auntie!! who passed away 7yrs ago..... its been amongst all my jewellery stuff!! i only have just realised that it has a mother of pearl face.. says lucerne at the top, swiss in the middle under the hands and swiss made at the botton... no scatches and very clean. ive trowled through the internet and i cant find anything!! I seem to be in a similar position to you maryilyn, because most of her things had been altered, resulting with no hallmarks, and surprised me when they came back genuin and worth alot of money!! saddly all her jewellary was classed as costume and either binned or given to charity.....we just chose what we liked for memory purposes. it was only when i was getting things valued for my house insurance i found out and told to check things!! good luck to you too
