    Found these old tool in the attic of a house that we had remodeled. Have no idea of the age, but for I do believe that they are older than I am... Not but maybe the block plane was hand made, as the handle seems to be more modern than the block... The sight glasses of the level are intact, only the glazing is loose and falling off...

      Looks like a Jack plane and I agree about the handle possibly being replaced. The level looks like hard pine. Try Sandusky (spelling) on the plane. Should be images online. They were pretty common up until around 80 years ago. The reason I suggest them is the level isn't something that would have been expensive and Sandusky planes would have been something the same person might have bought.
