I believe these plates could be Chinese export porcelain from the 1890s. However, the decals look like they may be from 1892 Columbian exposition and are based on various paintings. The plate on the upper left is the "Landfall of Columbus", and I think the other plates also show Christopher Columbus scenes and events. Hope this information helps.
I forgot to mention the Columbian Exposition was held in Chicago, Illinois. therefore, the plates may have been commemorative and made for that event
Your flow blue plates were made by the Limoges China Co. of Sebring, Ohio. They operated from 1900 to 1955. If you show the mark, I can give you the approx. time produced.
