This tree was purchased by my father in 1963, in Chicago, IL. It has the original motorized- stand(with original box) that turns the tree (it still works). The pole has two pieces all original holes in pole. We have every branch. It is at least 8ft tall. Do not have original box that tree came in(cardboard just don't holdup for 50 years), but we do have original platform that you stick branches in. This tree also came with two large fluid lights that aluminate the tree. When we where growing up as kids people always asked us how many lights where on the tree, when we told them two they thought we where not being truthful. The lights make the tree appear to have lights all over when seeing it through the window from the outside. My mom took excellent care of this tree. When she retired and sold the home house it was passed down to me, because it was bought the year I was born. Would very much like any info. on the tree.
It is awesome! Superb! Lights are called (picture 2) "eyeballs" and were used for art or anything for highlight. I know this is special so be careful with it. I'd google "vintage 60s Christmas trees"
