This is a classic tall shape by Goldberg, the masters of multiple techniques, especially acid-cutback decoration. In this case, rather than silver deposit, red and green stains are used. A crystal blank is given an acid batch over a wax resist in the shape of three intermingled salamanders (I'm calling them salamanders). The salamanders, and the abstract decoration around the neck and the base are all further decorated with green and red stains and gold decorator's ink.
This shape is represented in two different sizes in Das Böhmische Glas 1700-1950, Band IV, Jugendstil in Böhmen, plate IV.458.
