Two of the most heartbreakingly beautiful cars you could ever wish to see, absolute classics of their time, and I would be happy to die after sitting in either one.
I stare at these [pictures for hours, and cannot for the life of me remember where they came from.
    (sigh).

I was just looking today and ran into this post. this car was contracted by James Hatfield of Metalica to Rick Dore Customs to have built. Rick subcontracts things out such as fabrication , bodywork , paint , upholstery , ect. I installed the door hidden hinges , hood hidden hinges and hood latch , and hand made the hood and side panels out of .063 thousands aluminum . the hood is made in 3 pieces because it is over 5 ft. wide and long, and the aluminum that I have is only 4 ft. wide
