Original 1903 "The Tenderfoot" Stone Lithograph Poster

This is an original and extremely RARE 1-sheet size stone lithograph from my private collection of Theatre posters. This is a Strobridge litho advertising "The Tenderfoot", a Broadway show that played at the Fuller Opera House on Saturday October 17, 1903.

Few original "Tenderfoot" lithographs exist today, and I have yet to find one with this particular poster image. The Library of Congress doesn't even house a copy of this, it is very possible this is the only surviving copy.

This poster has been in our family for over 50 years and was rotting away in our damp basement. As you can see I have professionally restored this poster back to its original condition and even linen backed the show bill separately from the poster itself resulting in the preservation of both pieces.
