I just found this incredible lamp last week!
So happy, because I've been looking for this particular one for years and only found a handful online, but not in this condition.
Frankart style, but not sure who the maker is.
Guess from the 1930's.
Made of Spelter, with copper finish and original shade.
I had a friend rewire it and put in a nifty device: now it turns "on"
and "off" just by touching it!
Thanks for looking at my "newest" treasure!

Hello. I recently purchased the exact lamp except my globe differs from yours. I would love to hear any information you have on the lamp. It was suggested that it is a Nuart piece but I cannot find any evidence of it. Mine has the number 192 on the back.
Good Day,
Great piece! I recently acquired one from an antique market in Toronto. Mine does not have a number but has a label from the Gibraltar Mfg Co. in New Jersey. They were in business from the late 20s to 60s apparently. The look of the label screams 30s.
My shade is also different. It is a bumpy textured amber globe.
Nessa, you mentioned that yours has original shade? I'm assuming you've seen other examples with this same shade? Have you seen other types different from yours?
MiaB, could you kindly share what style your shade is?
Thanks very much for your help fellow lady-lampers!
Upon further inspection, my lamp is also marked No. 192.
Cheers
