SILVER GREEK APOSTLE EGG

This was a nice find at the jewelry counter of a thrift store ,they seem to think it was a pewter toy of some kind ,so I bought it for $1.99 , it was almost black ,but I knew it was silver from the marking, I cleaned it a bit ,just enough to see the markings clear,a lovely Greek Apostle Egg .
