These little lovelies in (pic 1) set me back $50 with shipping. Which I think was a great investment, especially considering most of these sets are going on average closer to $100
No food in them *yet*
I think they will be perfect for one of our many summer cookout pool parties filled with assorted salads.
Also here are some smaller primary's.
I currently have 9 Bowls in the Primary colors.
Its wonderfully strange how something as simple as a set of bowls can bring such happiness :^)

My Mom had the Pyrex colored bowl set in the first picture.

Hi rlwindle, they're a great set and very popular still today. I was very lucky to get them for $50 with shipping included. They bid like mad on eBay over this set in the primary colors. This set was definitely used *&* will continue to be... hopefully for many years. Thank you for the love and nice comment :^)

:^) truly appreciated
That's a great price for that set!
Are they the older ones with the thicker foot on the bottom, or the newer ones?
Not sure. I'll take better photos then you can tell me :^)
Take a look at the picture of mine, and you can see the difference. All but the yellow one have the thick foot. Here's a great website that I found that explains a lot.

Hiya Aim, Pyrex is so funny for me. I know people love it, bananas for it, but it doesn't seem like people here collect it. I see it at the thrifts ALL the time. If there is something particular you are looking for, I'll hunt it down for you.
Awww thank you Amber xoxox
I love all Pyrex really, but mostly the primary colors and the ones with the Rooster's on them. I would be more than happy to look out for items for you as well.
Thank you so much for the love

Hi Jonima, I checked the nesting bowls, the pale primary colors do indeed have the thick foot. The thicker footed bowls, as far as I can see, are not numbered. Does that mean they are older or newer?
I am adding all the information (size, #'s) to the description above.
Here is a great Pyrex resource...and I will keep my eyes open for that Butterprint!

Thank you so much Amber xoxox
Aim, yes, the thicker ones without the numbers are the old ones, most likely from the 1940s.
Thank you Jonima xoxox
That makes every scrap/scratch even more precious ;^)
I just received another set of Pyrex today, they are the blue, white and yellow nesting bowls with the clear glass bottoms. Its so difficult to read the bottoms. My eye's, not the bowls. O.o
Jonima, I have to thank you for asking about the foot size on these bowls. It encouraged me to take more photos :^)
I do what I can. :) I know there's another complete set like these that are all different shades of yellow, and there's another set that are different shades of green. I've never seen either complete set in person. I have two pieces from the green set though.
They sound great. I've seen sets in slightly different colors from these. I hope to get ine some day.
These are very cool and I love them...I have for years been collecting vintage kitchen stuff to use..taking them out of their modern boring plastic and glass containers and putting them in vintage containers, I cook with old heavy pans and bake with vintage Pyrex...so much nicer to use and look at in the cupboard and fridge!...:-)
:^) Thank you very much for the love...

Truly appreciated. *Happy Holidays*
Hello, saw some solid colored friggies today but they were pretty dishwashered. No butter prints. Any particular pieces?
Hi AR :^) I don't mind faded at all, when they're trift store prices.
I mainly want them for use anyway. But of course it would be great if they look new LoL I love those refrigerator dishes, I only have one so far.
Okay, didn't know, on the case! I'll start swooping them up for you. Yea! Hunt project!
LmBoOoOo I love your cheerfulness!! Thank you so much, truly appreciate you.
I just found a couple with the butterprint and another milk glass mixing bowl.
Thank you for the love MSL
