Has a victorian look to it. I've come to the conclusion that its made out of some sort of wood. Not sure what the three circles mean but it is another unique piece I'll hang on to for a little longer. Pendant or fob? Could go as either I suppose.

The three link chain is traditionally a symbol for the Odd Fellows-- not sure if this is related to that organization.
