Wavecrest Toothpick?

This intersting little toothpick holder I just picked up yesterday walking around an antique shop. The interesting thing, but not unusual, is that the glass blank was produced by Mt Washington and often these pieces were sold to and decorated by other decorators. Its a very nice piece that I have not run into before in my travels.
I believe that the piece was decorated my Monroe in their Wavecrest style.

On another note, I just want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I appreciate all the support on here since Ive really been posting. Ive been on a lot of groups over the years and most were not a pleasant experience. Its been really great and will continue to post over the next year.
